All items on SnoozyBeasts are made to order. This means once you place an order, our third-party partners immediately begin the production process. As such, we typically cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency specified on our website. We reserve the right to change or update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of checkout. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to ensure secure transactions; by using our services, you agree to their respective terms and policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available). SnoozyBeasts is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. Any shipping issues or inquiries can be directed to our support team.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are made to order, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been processed. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

Refunds may be granted in very special cases at our sole discretion. This includes instances where we are unable to fulfill an order due to exceptional circumstances.
